Transaction
Procedure:
1.
BUYER
ISSUE ICPO AND RWA TO SELLER UPON RECEIVING AN OFFER FROM SELLER OR SELLER’S
MANDATE.
2.
SELLER
SENDS FCO TO THE BUYER TO BE RETURNED WITH SIGNED ACCEPTANCE.
3.
SELLER
SEND DRAFT OF SPA TO THE BUYER FOR COUNTER AMENDING AND
COUNTER
SIGNING.
4.
BOTH
PARTIES ENDORSES THE FINAL CONTRACT AND NCNDA / IMFPA ISSUE BY
MANDATE.
5.
SELLER
REGISTERS AND LEGALIZES THE CONTRACT WITH THE APPROPRIATE MINISTRIES,
SOMESTIONOUSLY AFTER BUYER OBTAIN THE TRANSACTION PASSPORT FEES.
6.
*BUYER
OBTAINS THE TRANSACTION PASSPORT FEES OF THE CONTRACT WHICH ENABLES SELLER LODGE
THE CONTRACT WITH THEIR BANK AND OPEN UP A BANK TO BANK COMMUNICATION FOR FINAL
WORDING OF THE L/C. (SELLER’S WILL ISSUE PAYMENT INVOICE TO BUYER’S)
7.
SELLER
APPOINTS AND SIGNS CHARTER PARTY AGREEMENT WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
8.
BUYER
SUMMERIZES THE SHIPPING SCHEDULE WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
9.
SELLER’S
BANK SENDS VIA SWIFT THE PROOF OF PRODUCT DOCUMENTS (POP) AND 2% P.B TO THE
BUYER’S BANK.
10.
BUYER’S
BANK WILL SWIFT IN RETURN, THE IRREVOCABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CONFIRMED
REVOLVING LETTER OF CREDIT (RDL/C) MT 760 OR IRDLC MT 700 TO THE SELLER’S
BANK.
11.
SHIPMENT
WILL COMMENCE AS MUTUALLY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES.
12.
SELLER
WILL WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE OPERATIVE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT FROM THE
BUYER, OUT-PAY THE INTERMEDIARIES INVOLVE.
Note:
*Buyer
need to paid a deposit (Transaction Passport) of US$165,000.00. to Principal
Seller beneficiary bank. (Seller will issue a deposit payment invoice.) (Deposit
will be deduct from Buyer DLC Instrument)

they can not follow the above procedures please do not waste your
time.
